​Kyra Huckabay, left, serves as the City Editor. A Mangum native, Kyra has been with WDN for a year. She regularly reports on city government meetings and local events in Weatherford. Her favorite stories to write are human interest features, especially those in her popular “Meet Your Hero” series, which celebrates outstanding local citizens. She is also a Class of 2025 SWOSU graduate.

 

 David Topolewski, right, is the Managing Editor and Sports Editor at the Weatherford Daily News. Originally from Michigan. He covers a wide range of sporting events and highlights local athletes. His favorite part of the job is attending and reporting on local sports events.
